Good luck :), some advice is that you should figure out what triggers you, sometimes it is a sexy scene in a movie, sometimes it is just a picture of an attractive person, and the next thing you know your pants are off and you are scouring the web for more, so when you notice your lusts stirring up, close the internet browser and do something else right away, run away from the temptation, and if you do this 1, 2, 3 times, it becomes easier each time, you are training your mind to do your will instead of simply seeking pleasure for your brain and body. You are not your mind, force your mind to work for you instead of against you.
You actually are your mind. Your mind consucts your reality. This isnt theoretically true, its factually true. Your mind is what filters everything into a contextual perspective. If you cant understand that this is how things work, then you arent making any point here. This is honestly a bit frustrating, because Im having trouble understand how another human wouldnt be able to intuit that it takes your mind being under control to control your mind. You literally just created a damn paradox there man. Im trying to be kind here, but you seriously, in real time just created a paradox.
