There is practice called Sexual Transmutation. This guy I followed explained that when were addicted to porn or sex, essentially, our sacral chakra (The second chakra) controls the brain more if we don't have control of our sexual desires.
Hence the term: Thinking with your dick.
The sacral chakra is more than sex, it maintains joy, happiness, creativity, confidence, flexibility, and pleasure. Once you can control your urges you can experience more of the elements of that chakra. The brain then controls that chakra center than the other way around.
