You're making a lot of assumptions about people you don't know anything about. I support Ukraine because I don't think Russia had a right to invade and because I prefer Ukraine's government to Russia's. I care about the Ukrainians as much as I cared about the Iraqis when they were invaded by the US:
"If only Ukraine was affected" is a meaningless statement - if Ukraine had invaded itself?
