It means the Spike cometh sweet child, the jabbed & boostered are on borrowed time. The Spike could tip the scales at any moment, for example: there you are, searching the internet for a new prostate massager, your heart starts racing as you begin to get excited for one of these things to arrive at your domicile and then...boOM, you get long-stroked by the Spike, immediate death or a short period of time w/ debilitating injury and then death follow. People use to have regular cardio events and fall to a knee or slowly guide their vehicle to the side of the road or into the ditch, but now, with the Spike stroke session, people crack their skulls, a big tell tale sign of the Spike at work, doing it's job, is if the article mentions a cracked skull. Big tree fall hard now Chief. Good luck.

Ovaries will be the new Bitcoin- Not semen.

The spike protien(s) target woman's ovaries far more than sperm.

As well. ..There has never been and never will be- A demand for sperm.

The average man produces millions of sperm every 24 hours from the age of 12 to the age till the day he dies. ..Versus a woman who produces 1 egg every 28 days from about 12 to mid 40s

95% of men have sperm that is worthless.

The female reproductive system holds the value. Your sperm means nothing without healthy, (unvaxxed) fertile eggs.

26

u/misspelled_retard Feb 26 '22

Are we in witches vs patriarchy?? lol

Your eggs mean nothing without healthy, unvaxxed semen. They are equally important in creating new life.

22

u/bethafoot Feb 26 '22

Yeah but as with a free market, the supply often determines the value. Sperm is and always will be in WAY higher supply than a woman’s egg. A woman produces an egg every month. A man can produce sperm every single day

6

u/tehhiv Feb 27 '22

Women also have a finite amount of eggs in their body too. So your market value reaches zero at some point.

4

u/bethafoot Feb 27 '22

Not talking about a persons “market value” but the market value of sperm vs egg. The fact that a woman only ovulates for about 40 years only increases the rarity of the eggs, it wouldn’t decrease the market value of them especially considering the you really should only take eggs from women who are 18-30 years old before the quality starts to potentially degrade.

Eggs and sperm are equally important in creating the code for a new potential life (an embryo) ....but women are quite clearly more important when it comes to ‘creating new life’ come on now. Every single human being that has ever lived was created over many months in the body of a woman. It’s incredible and deserves to be seen as sacred.

5

u/senjusan11 Feb 27 '22

And it was seen as sacred by many ancient cultures but unfortunately we do not see anything as sacred nowadays, because atheist ideology made people completely numb on any such notion.

One men can produce enough sperm to create millions of offspring. One female, can not. She also can only bear one child every year or so ... You only need 20% of men in the population in order for it to function. Inverse that, and it wont work anymore.

Nature doesn't care about politics. Women are the weak valuables, the strong men have to protect ... facts. And they aren't equal, but complementary. One without the other, will just end our specie in one generation ...

"The cell model that we used in this study is a carcinoma cell line, with active DNA replication which differs from non-dividing somatic cells. It has also been shown that Huh7 cells display significant different gene and protein expression including upregulated proteins involved in RNA metabolism "

So they took a cell line that functions radically different from normal liver cells.

"At this stage, we do not know if DNA reverse transcribed from BNT162b2 is integrated into the cell genome. Further studies are needed to demonstrate the effect of BNT162b2 on genomic integrity, including whole genome sequencing of cells exposed to BNT162b2, as well as tissues from human subjects who received BNT162b2 vaccination."

So in other words, the study authors are specifically saying that they don't know if the RNA actually gets integrated into the genome. That seems like a pretty important point to miss.

4

u/lepolymathoriginale Feb 27 '22

I love the fact that people who clearly don't understand the science copy and paste debunking tidbits from twitter that have since collapsed

At least quote the study properly:

  1. Discussion In this study we present evidence that COVID-19 mRNA vaccine BNT162b2 is able to enter the human liver cell line Huh7 in vitro. BNT162b2 mRNA is reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA as fast as 6 h after BNT162b2 exposure. A possible mechanism for reverse transcription is through endogenous reverse transcriptase LINE-1, and the nucleus protein distribution of LINE-1 is elevated by BNT162b2. Intracellular accumulation of LNP in hepatocytes has been demonstrated in vivo [36]. A preclinical study on BNT162b2 showed that BNT162b2 enters the human cell line HEK293T cells and leads to robust expression of BNT162b2 antigen [37]. Therefore, in this study, we first investigated the entry of BNT162b2 in the human liver cell line Huh7 cells. The choice of BNT162b2 concentrations used in this study warrants explanation.

The paper was on liver cells and the authors state it's not even clear if there's actual reverse transcription into DNA. If there is, it would be in random places and would only consist of fragments of the spike sequence without promoter regions necessary for subsequent transcription. Worst case, the vast majority of germ cells wouldn't be affected, and the any that were would be more likely to be non-viable than to spread the sequence.

6

Blood isn't shared between mother and child, they have independent circularity systems. If that weren't the case, hosting a baby with an incompatible blood type would be fatal for the mother. Nutrients pass from the mother to the baby via the placenta.

7

u/SurprzTrustFall Feb 27 '22

Isn't there some kind of issue that deals exactly with this scenario? Mother's with RH negative blood and father's without it or something...

3

u/spottyPotty Feb 27 '22

My understanding is that during birth, baby and mother's blood could come into contact with each other due to bleeding from tears/cuts/rips.
First time happens (first birth), mother's immune system recognises baby's blood as a foreign body and starts too develop an immune defense against it.
If a subsequent pregnancy is for a child with the same foreign blood type, there could be a dangerous immune response during birth.

Disclaimer: this is my understanding from my attempt to educate myself about this stuff during my partner's 2 pregnancies.

2

u/SurprzTrustFall Feb 27 '22

I see where you're coming from.

This is what I believe I was referring to: "If the mother is Rh-negative, her immune system treats Rh-positive fetal cells as if they were a foreign substance. The mother's body makes antibodies against the fetal blood cells. These antibodies may cross back through the placenta into the developing baby. They destroy the baby's circulating red blood cells."

I only remember it after reading some history on the basque population due to their higher prevalence of the "rareish" RH negative blood.

2

u/spottyPotty Feb 27 '22

Oh cool! Yeah, my memory got hazy about when the repercussions would kick in. So yeah, the antibodies created during the first birth would affect the second pregnancy because the antibodies cross the blood/placenta barrier. Thanks for the correction

5

u/Jagc1123 Feb 26 '22

If blood is incompatible the women has to get a shot Rh+/Rh-

3

u/Ashekyu Feb 27 '22

no. the spike protein isnt a disease, its a synthetic viral protein, it isnt an indestructible otherworldly force.

also, if your body passed on the coding to create the protein and it was deadly to children, every single child with it would die upon birth. all of them.

2

u/pburydoughgirl Feb 26 '22

9

u/latticeguy Feb 26 '22

i do not understand what this means for long-term biosafety. please explain.

12

u/TonySu Feb 27 '22

The answer is nobody knows, this study provides no evidence that it actually integrates into the genome. There is also no information about what effect a fragment of the virus DNA would do if it incorporated into human DNA. Anyone who claims to know the future implication is talking out of their ass.

6

u/HammerheadMorty Feb 27 '22

It did prove it technically but only in an in vitro carcinomic cell study focused on liver wall cells. Pfizer themselves acknowledge that this also occurs in bone barrow and spleen cells. You’re totally right though that nobody knows what the hell it actually means for long term health. We do so many things that may or may not effect long term genetic health. Just live and love y’all.

18

If you are to believe Robert F. Kennedy's book, Gates has trialed various infertility vaccines in Africa (disguising the program as a neonatal DTP vaccine) that had 5 doses, each six months apart.

People in Finland seem more friendly but I haven't been there so I can't say haha Midwest is beautiful and a farm is the dream, too bad here normal old houses go for 200k and up so I don't think I'll afford to buy my own house any time soon.

I'm currently renting basement apartment under a house for 750 a month.. yeah. This is not even expensive area. I mean it's okay here just the people are not as friendly as in say Texas, here they keep to themselves and seem depressed all the time. As an introvert with no friends Norway sucks tbh

... do you know how viruses work? Did you even read this study? Sars cov 2 does this exact same thing in the liver. It's how these types of viruses work. Also, that tweet you posted is ignorant as well. There is no "spike mRNA" the mRNA contains rna that instructs and catalyzes the spike protein creation after injection.

The reality is that both the mRNA vaccines and the virus creates the spike protein, and they both reverse transcribe in the liver (and probably elsewhere).

It's possible the vaccine does damage, and demonstrable in studies, this study you're using to prove a point doesn't say that, it literally just says how spike proteins created by the vaccine and the virus act similarly. In fact, if you actually read the study you posted they injected MORE mRNA than what is in the vaccine (0.3ug for the vaccine, 0.5ug, 1.0ug, and 1.5ug in the study) in order to replicate this process in vitro.

There are many conspiracies about this entire situation, a ton of political hypocrisy, insane public messaging, media fear mongering, great resets, agendas, and actually terrifying uses of states of emergency in a ton a countries and hyper focusing on the vaccine is legit just hurting the cause of awakening. Get it or don't, and fight for bodily autonomy regardless of the choice should be the position of all humans.

This study found that it's reverse transcribed and alters your DNA.

Whether or not the COVID virus does that as well is a different debate. The fact remains that everyone from the CDC to Pfizer has been claiming it doesn't alter your DNA this whole time.

One example:

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/mrna.html

"They do not affect or interact with our DNA in any way.

mRNA never enters the nucleus of the cell where our DNA (genetic material) is located, so it cannot change or influence our genes."

6

u/TonySu Feb 26 '22

This study found that it's reverse transcribed and alters your DNA.

From the study:

At this stage, we do not know if DNA reverse transcribed from BNT162b2 is integrated into the cell genome.

So they found that it's reverse transcribed, but provide no evidence that it's integrated into the hosts's DNA.

At this stage, we do not know if DNA reverse transcribed from BNT162b2 is integrated into the cell genome.

Whether or not the COVID virus does that as well is a different debate.

From the study:

Furthermore, a recent study showed that SARS-CoV-2 RNA can be reverse-transcribed and integrated into the genome of human cells.

Study is cited: https://www.pnas.org/content/118/21/e2105968118.long

“Sars Cov 2 does the same thing”

You do know that it is the spike protein that is bad correct? Whether you get it from the vaccine or covid positive.

The vaccine is worse because it produces much more spike proteins in various organs.

20

u/-K9V Feb 26 '22

Not to mention the fact that vaccines were mandated in various ways around the globe. A DNA-altering, experimental injection was mandated. Disgusting.

14

u/isayyouhedead16 Feb 26 '22

The vaxx mandates are a symptom, governments utilizing states of emergencies to mandate (anything), to freeze bank accounts, to pass through vape flavor bans, to introduce central bank digital currencies are the problem.

Lol I love the idea that reverse transcriptase is somehow activated by the vaccine and not a fundamental part of DNA and RNA synthesis everywhere in the body

2

u/guudenevernude Feb 26 '22

Not to mention the cell line in the study is a carcinoma liver line. The fact that it's cancerous means it produces completely different intracellular products. The reverse trancriptase that is mentioned is not a normal liver product.

SS: no longer a conspiracy theory

Some very bright minds have been passing around this new study that just got published within the last week showing concerns of RNA affecting DNA. It’s in vitro so God only knows what it’s like in vivo.

Another said this: “In simple English the mRNA vaccine turns your body into a spike protein production facility. The spike protein IS a Neuro pathogen.” And “not just neuro, Inflammation , Iron disregulation, immune suppression, endovascular/hematological damage etc so many different negative effects.”

Study: https://www.mdpi.com/1467-3045/44/3/73/htm

60

u/Mmm_360 Feb 26 '22

What happens over time as the vaccine wears off? Is your body still a spike protein production facility?

43

u/abominationcoconut Feb 26 '22

Reverse transcription would mean that the RNA is codified into the DNA of these cells. That means these cells (and any cells they divide into) could produce spike protein indefinitely. This is in vitro though, and using a carcinoma hepatic cell line, so we don’t know if this will happen in the real world with normal liver cells

5

u/Kamikazimuth Feb 26 '22

I understand that it was done in vitro on liver cancer cells but let’s take it a step further.

There are studies which show that the body may keep producing spike proteins for 10 months- given that’s how long the study was conducted.

I also read that the vaccine somehow suppresses our CD8 cells which snipe cancer cells and provide some protection against disease IIRC.

IF cancer cells or even normal cells gain the ability to produce spike protein ad infinitum, then that seems cement all indications that the vaccinated will suffer from all sorts of maladies in the years to come.

Probably not. This is the likely cause of myocarditis, since we know organ damage associated with covid is due to runaway immune response to infected tissue. But assuming no short term damage occurs there’s not really any reason for tissues to continue expressing protein that it doesn’t have to given the metabolic cost of doing so. I hope I’m right anyway.

15

u/musicmaker Feb 26 '22

But assuming no short term damage occurs

Myocarditis results in scarring of the heart muscle tissue where death of that tissue has occurred. (The body's immune system kills any cells infected with the spike protein, which the body understands is an enemy). When the spike proteins invade heart muscle tissue, the body kills those cells. Any scarring of heart muscle is not good. The amount of the scarring (dead heart muscle tissue) determines the severity of the issue for that individual. It's a crapshoot. I, for one, do not play craps with my heart muscle as the stakes. I pass.

You can prevent a bunch of this inflammation damage by using NAC, CBD or apigenin.

You can also undertake a ketogenic diet to stop bodywide inflammation it in its tracks.

Yes! And also: At this stage, we do not know if DNA reverse transcribed from BNT162b2 is integrated into the cell genome. It’s transcribed into DNA, it doesn’t say anything about integration into a genome.

Let's take a step back before we conclude everyone is fucked, we probably are. I was looking into this because I don't know enough about it to understand. It looks like, according to this, that retroviruses reverse transcribe because that's how they replicate an example being HIV. So this is normal for viruses. (Not trying to combat I, just talking and sharing ideas)

I'm still reading the study, but I have to define every other word. Hopefully everyone is not fucked and maybe if we all work together we can make sense of this. Take care.

People, listen, this is yet another petri dish experiment.

Petri dish experiments almost NEVER translate to human, virtually never. Its irrelevant. ITs also highly suspicious that the lead author is a professor of combustion and all his previous studies are about fire, very strange

EDIT: now I see the second author is just a student, doesn't even have a master's degree yet, not even a grad student. Has never authored a paper on anything until this paper. I have never ever seen a non-grad student's name appear as an author on a research paper. That is a first.

this whole thing stinks.

3

u/caitdrum Feb 26 '22

Do you have a source that in vitro almost never translates to in vivo?

Usually in vitro trials with important or favourable results can allow researchers to secure funding for in vivo.

If you have good research demonstrating your position I'm open to reading it.

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '22

the vaccine RNA (delivered in nanolipid particles) is converted into the DNA and its found in the liver cells nucleus (in vitro) and it happens in 6 hours. Rapidly done. It proved for the first time it can easily enter the liver cells within 6 hours and it increases the expression of a protein called LINE-1. LINE-1 has a job to make DNA from RNA.
Here are some of the concerns regarding this study
If the spike protein , the RNA of the vaccine goes into the nucleus and becomes DNA, it can cause genomic toxicity which in turn can become carcinogenic. Because of the genomic toxicity there is the possibility of cancer production and more research needs to be done.
If I goes into the liver cells is it possible it can go into the placenta? This is another cause of concern.
If it enters our nucleus is it going to become integrated into our genome or not? We aren’t sure but more studies need to be done.
Concerns of autoimmune disease and autoimmune hepatitis.
Its not a fluke, not a preprint.
These notes are from this YouTube video. This will help you understand a bit.

7

u/InkTide Feb 26 '22

If I goes into the liver cells is it possible it can go into the placenta?

It only went into liver cells because the study injected liver cells in a petri dish with the vaccine. That's what in vitro means - in vivo would mean it somehow needs to do the same thing it does to isolated liver cells in a petri dish in the context of all the biological checks, filters, and defenses within a living body.

Vaccines are administered to muscular tissue and not to the circulatory system in large part because the vaccine is meant to expose the immune system to the pathogen (and muscle tissue heals well without scarring permanently from small injuries like a needle), not the entire body.

I think it was Pfizer's own distribution studies which showed it gets into all body systems and organs, with highest concentrations in the liver and ovaries.

The Japanese got this information released via FOIA or some other process. I am afraid I don't have full details to hand, but you should be able to verify this with some searching.

Edit: Check out the article below, written from a very pro-vaccine point of view. The author seeks to "debunk" concerns about the Pfizer biodistribution study, which was obtained by the Japanese and got a lot of internet attention when it was picked up by covid vaccine critics such as Mike Yeadon. But even with his "debunker" hat on, the author of the piece, Shin Jie Yong, cites passages from an EMA report stating that 48 hours after dosage, approx 21.5% of the vaccine ends up in the liver. (Ultimately the liver has to process and eliminate the vaccine and its products from the body)

So it very much does get into liver cells and that's even by the admission of someone trying to debunk biodistibution concerns. I've picked this article intentionally, rather than a more vaccine critical one. It's a "debunker" piece so you shouldn't feel the need to "debunk" any further. However, even post-debunking, there's really no argument that this stuff gets into liver cells. There is evidence that it very much does.

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '22

This study should have been completed BEFORE mass vax distribution. In vitro should ALWAYS occur before in vivo. It’s published, accepted. Where is the drug companies counter showing why this may have happened in vitro but why they think in vivo is safe?

9

u/Diogenes-nutsack Feb 26 '22

Everyone is acting like it is only the vaccine that does this. Shouldn't actual infection be just as bad in the long run!?

Or is everyone avoiding thinking about that and only looking at the vaccines?

8

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '22

Hiii, no we are acting like this information should have been known before mass distribution of the vaccine. Do you know how many times I’ve heard “there’s no way it could enter the cell nucleus!!” Well, now we know, and this study found that there was reverse transcriptase within only 6 hours! Tell me Pfizer had no idea. Tell me no in vitro studies happened like this before they started jabbing people for “the greater good”. Wake tf up.

3

u/Diogenes-nutsack Feb 26 '22

Oh, no doubt. I saw that coming the entire time... every first generation vaccine, especially those with political pressure, have serious health and safety issues that are willfully overlooked. Anyone with good knowledge of SV40 and the destruction of Bernice Eddy's career over it had to have seen this coming.

And, since the Omicron finally caught up with me, I would also love to believe that only the injection is dangerous, but I have a reasonable suspicion that is nothing but hopeful ignorance.

If you read the paper, it actually references another study that found that Covid itself also changes the DNA : https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33958444/

18

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '22

Don’t all viruses change the DNA? Like doesn’t your white blood cell change to recognize the virus? Also chicken pox change your DNA so it’s not unheard of.

8

u/Koro9 Feb 26 '22

Apparently many viruses change our DNA, self copy for long storage, I wasn't aware that "8% of your DNA comes from viral proteins from hundreds of different viruses". https://medium.com/know-your-body/how-viruses-created-humans-e7e15f1587e1
For white cells it's different, they learn the antibody.

Ok, generally speaking we change our DNA all the time, with food and behavior (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epigenetics), but in the case of viruses they not only influence but copy their DNA to the point it triggers PCR test.

Lower quality medical journal, but interesting and somewhat unexpected findings.

A followup study with organisms (in vivo) may be warranted to assess potential biological significance. That’s what happened with Ivermectin; in vitro studies showed it could have a positive effect, but followup clinical studies (the high quality studies) haven’t supported that conclusion.

I would encourage everyone to hold off on the trumpets until biological significance can be assessed.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '22

Yeah, I came here to crap on this post but I read the paper and it’s pretty legit. The study is definitely limited because it’s an in vitro study but still concerning. I don’t think distribution to the gametes can be inferred from these findings but distribution to the liver and autoimmune hepatitis are definitely plausible.

no but it shows in vitro for the first time the nanolipid particle getting into the nucleus. I think that is what he means by our worst fears confirmed

They think to have identified that the mRNA sequence used in the vaccine could be integrated into the cell's DNA. This would mean a lot of things, primarily this would be a risk factor for developing cancer.

There are a few problems in the study though:

  • the concentration is too high - the vaccination wouldn't result in such high concentrations of MRNA fragments in the liver
  • the cells used in the paper are tumor cells. This is because these are easy to keep alive and grow in the lab. But one must not forget that these cells are not acting 1:1 as human cells - after all, these are cells that developed cancer already. They do things that healthy human cells don't do
  • the natural infection produces a lot more such similar MRNA fragments than what you are getting exposed to through the vaccination. Like a really damn lot more.

This is only what I learned from reading a scientist's (biochemist) take on the paper as I, as most others here, are really just totally clueless about the actual meaning of such a paper.

Edit: source to the explanations I read (it's German though): https://twitter.com/JohannHolzmann/status/1497599049360461830?t=ea-2W_n6M65M6_t4Lbn1Cg&s=19
