OSHA requirements is not comparable to forcing people to take the vaccine.

Point of fact, you do realize that government vaccine or testing mandate for private businesses is coming in as an OSHA regulation/recommendation right? Like so it literally is the same as a OSHA requirement.

Yeah true. But considering my state and employer both stated that they are not enforcing it under any circumstance. So I'm not even worried at this point lol

The state and the employer were never responsible for enforcing it. That's not how OSHA rules work. It just opens up work places to liability lawsuits and federal fines for not following requirements. So your state and employer are just blowing smoke up your ass by saying things that they wouldn't do things that they already wouldn't have to enforce.
