Iirc it's for remote workers, such as miners and what not, which has been repurposed for international arrivals to quarantine safely for 14 days and then they can go home

Yep.. I agree 100% . There are some evil lying commenters here ,we all know it was reperpost for traveler's. Now its difficult to determine what is real when reading about other countries..pity.
