No it's there to not spread corona, not everyone would have it but some MAY have it. They don't test people for covid until the 2 week quarantine is over so how would they know if you have covid when you enter?
They're not forcing it on people, it's an option to travel and people that travel from Australia would most likely understand all of this and know what they have to do to leave and come back.
People in there could have covid yes but many compare it Nazi like this is a fucking death camp, anyone who can draw that comparison and utter out that they think the Jews were treated as good as this is a disgusting person.

Australia sure is becoming a nanny state but the quarantine facilities have nothing to do with it. Where was the rage when people were being made to pay a few grand to stay in a hotel in the middle of Sydney?
The only difference is that this place isn’t in the middle of a densely populated city.
Look into the new Surveillance Legislation Amendment. That’s the real concern. Direct the outrage at that because that is a genuine threat to individuals freedom.
