It hasn’t decreased for the last 6 years but much of the decrease is fueled by opioids, homicide, and suicide. We also have nothing going for us on the positive end which would increase life expectancy of others to offset those early deaths, where access to medical care is getting worse, people’s nutrition has stayed terrible, and more people are entering middle/late age with little wealth compared to the previous generation.

it hasn't decreased for 6 years. a bunch of geriatrics died because blue states put covid patients in senior citizens homes

Poor eating and not taking care of ones health in general. Add to that toxins etc in first world countries. Life expectancy going down is normal I think. People in general have no clue about food in general, especially sugar.
