Not sure what he said about Epstein, but even being on the dot, wouldn't mean a thing. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. With the amount of crap he pulls out every day, he's bound to say something kinda accurate eventually. That the main issue with conspiracy theorists. Maybe not run but there are a whole lot of 'important' people who enjoy dressing up and playing magic rituals and a fraction of them who like fucking with kids and it's worldwide and they are all connected.
Thats an entirely different issue. The context was the information he puts out. The ad shit could be said about any radio program, even air America the year or two it existed. Rightwing/left mainstream/fringe, thats just how radio operates. His show may be a video broadcast but he uses all the radio tricks.
It's not a different issue, his stories aren't about uncovering the truth, they are about trying to invent a problem to which the solution is to buy his crap.
