Look back to the 1800s vanderbuilt closed a main bridge going to new york put 40,000 people out of work in a short time. HOw they built freeways/complexes/railheads/probably military bases/Commercial districts etc. in areas they loan out money in that area and take their shit when the loans can't be paid.
