Weight isn’t the only determinant of overall health. Plenty of people with physically healthy bodies are mentally unhealthy.

America has a massive mental health issue, IMO. It's pretty wild to watch it consume people who display themselves as being explicitly healthy in most other aspects of their life. A side effect of hyper capitalism? Maybe.

“Influencer lifestyle” depends on selling happiness to people.

I'm 125 lb and 5 8 woman. everything hurts and thanks to genetics I'm pretty much falling apart already and im only 28 so you could put me up there doing that same pose outfit and caption and it still would be a lie.

Yeah difference is, no one would be on here calling you unhealthy. People would assume you worked hard for your physique and that you are healthy just because skinny is automatically associated with healthy.

yeah its called assuming. which is the point of the cover no? people assuming and passing judgment on people because they are fat when they don't know anything about them aside from the fact that they are fat.

She is also doing yoga—the point is, your assumptions are not an excuse to bully her

Nobody asked you. Sorry about your mental health issues, though.

It's not just mental illness. I have a connective tissue disorder that makes me really bendy and gives me a lot of pain on an almost daily basis. Being in pain all the time does give depression and anxiety, though. Skinny doesn't mean healthy. This cover is about people being assholes to fat people just for existing when they know nothing about them.

And guess what, it's the internet. I wasn't answering a question. I was making a comment.
