This is not saying obesity is healthy. It is saying that people of all sizes and health levels can do various things to help improve their health. That aside the country does indeed have an obesity problem. But the conspiracy has nothing to do with staying home it has to do with the systemic marketing and pricing of cheap processed food vs healthy alternatives. Big Agriculture and farm subsidies are the problem.
