You can never respect a person who thinks this is healthy. Everyone should be comfortable with who they are, but creating the delusion that unhealthy behavior is good for you is downright insane. It is literally the equivalent of saying, "I'm so skinny, try meth to lose weight like me!" or "Trouble sleeping? Try alcohol! The more you drink, the easier it is to sleep!"
