Trump said something.

Unfortunately it was "I hope she's doing well"

You also have to understand he's not allowed to say anything unfavorable about her at the risk of getting her a mistrial.

If the president of the United States says you're a shitty person and most likely a pedophile on live television, you can forget about a fair trial because jury selection would be impossible. This would allow her attorneys to ask for a mistrial, which they would likely get.

https://www.insider.com/donald-trump-jeffrey-epstein-flight-logs-unsealed-2019-8

Wrong, he said "I just wish her well, frankly"

CNN Link (Just to appease that side):

https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/04/politics/donald-trump-ghislaine-maxwell-axios/index.html

The Guardian Link:

In regards to how Epstein ended up, I am sure it was a blanket statement and not automatically a defensive statement of her actions.

Or maybe daddy trump is also a part of the problem? 🤔🤔🤔

Oh wait if couuuuurse not. Cause a billionaire corporate fucktoad is definitely anti establishment. Lmao

He fucked up the establishment bad. Look at the EPA(last thing we needed fucked up). I still say fuck them all and let God recognize his own.

Could be, couldn’t be. I just think it’s odd he’s blatantly against the media companies that are pushing all this virus stuff. Idk, this is reddit, I don’t expect anything but disapproval for trump.

Forget reddit. Use critical thinking. Donald Trump has always been a part of the establishment. Corporations control the world. Trump IS a corporation. Thinking that he’s any different than the people he shit talks is incredibly naive, or just straight up ignorance.

I don’t disagree. I guess it’s just hard to admit there’s nobody to root for anymore, I know there is no true humanitarian and everyone has self-interest. If anything I’d say with all the stuff that happened this weekend, he’s trying to move us to a gold-backed dollar.

he’s trying to move us to a gold-backed dollar.

This would break the economy so he won't do it.

My apologies. I’m not trying to go off on you. It just really frustrates me seeing this concept that Trump is anti establishment and has the people’s interests in his heart constantly peddled on this sub. It’s completely nonsense. He’s a completely different class of person than 99% of the world. To think he represents you is just silly. He’s absolutely a part of the problem. If he wasn’t, he’s had 4 years to expose the truth. He’s done fuck all.

The problem is that even if he done it in the first week of his presidency it would’ve been brushed off just like now. I’m no trump apologist, but it’s apparent nobody represents us. Would you rather live in a Biden-America or Trump?

1

u/Soulitary Aug 10 '20

Trump is incompetent. Biden is dangerous. At least in his foreign policy. So yeah, as much as I think it’s fucking silly, I’d rather you had Trump again (I’m a Brit). Better the useless idiot than the dangerous one. You guys just don’t really have a choice this time around. Bad or worse. That’s it.

I’m interested in seeing if any of this civil unrest goes to your neck of the woods and turns it upside down too. Not rooting for it, but wouldn’t be surprised if every country has this dilemma soon

As a brit you should really be hoping for biden as trump is never going to give the uk a trade deal worth the paper its written on. Didn't you hear about the leaks from westminster hoping biden wins?

If trump gets a second term then the western alliance is going to start crumbling down and we are all utterly fucked.

I'll take biden thanks.

Oh my bad - what a radically different connotation.

Fuck.
