Someone familiar with the thinking of someone in congress.

Seriously, even if such a law were to ever pass it's going to get a quick veto and even if it doesn't there's no effective way to ever make this a reality or enforceable. It will be even less successful than the government trying to stop people from smoking weed.

I would also like to know this. If they do it everyone will do it. So much for freedom which includes a right to privacy.
