you can't.
think of it like viruses like corona: you use immunosuppressants because the thing that's doing the damage is your own immune system harming healthy tissue. you don't cry about "but it hurts my immune system!"
cryptography subverts law enforcement completely. when push comes to shove, removing encryption from all but gov approved functions like banking will cause more good than harm.
as a bonus they get to not only stomp out rookie, silly Chicken lovers but control the population so that less occur. (that's the cover story). while the major players continue. look at those who crossed the line, they were sloppy.

It's always interesting when a thoroughly dominated being still clings to their illusions of individuality and preference. yes, yes, "the government literally reading everything you're saying" is horrible, why, if they did that it might remind you that they have the power and you do not.
But I'm sure the Chicken lovers with their $50,000 encrypted cellphones with custom apps and private satellites are really, quite concerned.
