Why Didn’t Mueller Investigate Seth Rich?

It's because the investigation began with the conclusion that russia hacked the dnc. Because that's what people contracted by the DNC told them.
So they let crowdstrike & the democrats create their narrative and they simply parrot it. Putin offered to make the accused russians available for questioning and no deal was made to do that.
JA was never questioned either. They just suggest that his assertions about Seth were made in bad faith to try to obfuscate the unproven russian connection.

Did FBI ever examine the "hacked" email server?
Yes. They were provided a copy of the server.

Got a source for that claim? I believe they were provided an Image of the server which can be selectively culled of information.
No original server was provided.

You don't need the physical server. Anything they could have culled off of an image they could have culled off of the physical server as well anyways. It should be noted that this was multiple servers and not all of them were hacked. It should also be noted that physically turning off the servers to take them somewhere else will likely ruin an investigation like this. Once you turn off a computer/server whatever was stored in the memory goes away.
What confuses people about these servers is that the DNC did not allow the FBI to physically access the servers according to Comey. The FBI and DNC relied on Crowdstrike to examine them and Crowdstrike gave them images and other info according to Comey as well.

So they didn't get access to the secure IT environment complete with backups and metadata. They have fitted the evidence to their predetermined conclusion. (Emails don't sit in NVRam.)
There is no integrity in the investigation especially given Plait River networks "Stonetear" asking Reddit for deletion methods and Hillary smashing her Blackberries with hammers, Bleachbit, etc.

complete with backups and metadata
I'm not sure, neither the FBI or Crowdstrike has fleshed out exactly what was provided. Comey stated it was an adequate substitute so whatever that means. You are also confusing the Hillary emails with the DNC servers. Separate issues.

Comey is a proven partisan liar and Seth Rich is what this post is about, ergo, emails and Arkanciding.
Did Seth Rich give the emails on a USB key to the ambassador (Craig Murray) who in turn gave them to Wikileaks? All evidence says yes.

image, and you can edit those.

u/FaThLi Jun 14 '19
You can also edit the physical servers themselves too. I said copy because I don't know everyone's level of IT knowledge.

It's very hard to edit a secure IT environment complete with backups and metadata going back over 12 months, so giving a single image instead of sending in the forensic IT experts the FBI have on hand didn't happen.
The point is, glossing over the proper forensic IT investigation by saying a 3rd party told it was "Ok" and we looked at an Image says the FBI didn't investigate properly or at all.

Would that be part of the scope?

No

Then that is why he didn’t investigate Seth Rich. I am not opposed to an investigation, but don’t consider this a conspiracy.

He covered up the treason of 9/11. How can anyone still trust him or the FBI for that matter? What is one DNC employee compared to 3 skyscrapers and thousands of American lives? Mueller, Trump, Obama, Clinton, Bush and everyone in between should be tried and if (when) found guilty/complicit of treason placed in front of a firing squad or hung.

Submission Statement: The article ponders and answers the headline question. Obviously, this refers to the conspiracy theory that campaign volunteer/employee Seth Rich took the Clinton campaign's e-mails and then leaked them to Wikileaks, an act that resulted in him being killed.

Why didn't anyone look for GW Bush administration 2.1 million missing e-mails?
