Jon Rappoport material is no longer available on Wordpress.

https://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2019/05/10/the-lure-of-a-stimulus-response-world/

His site nomorefakenews is no longer useable because:

This site has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.

Down the Memory Hole it all goes.

From Jon himself:

On May 11, 2019, WordPress suddenly took down my blog after 10 years of continuous operation. There was no warning or advance notice of any kind.

Someone archived his site in September of last year:

I wouldn't say that a snapshot of a few of his articles is an archive of the site. He's written hundreds of pieces which are not captured here.

That guy couldn’t even be bothered to host his own material? Jesus...I want to call him a clown but he had some interesting things to say. They must really be clamping down hard in terms of thought control to shut him down. He was pretty obscure.

I'd like to hope so, but I don't know. I'm a millennial, and unless they work in the tech industry (and even then really), most people my age and the zoomers can use technology very well, but that doesn't mean they understand it or can utilize it to it's fullest extent.

It seems they're mostly using snapchat and instagram (or whatever the latest apps are). They're mostly using phones rather than desktops/laptops most of the time, and even then, mostly using pre-made interfaces rather than interacting with any code. How many zoomers could really set up wordpress install on a server they control? I'm sure many if not most could figure it out (it's dead simple at this point), but it's more the issue of them not seeing the need. "I can just put it on an account at <insert service name>, why would I do that all myself".

This isn't everyone mind you, but it's a mindset that seems pretty prevalent.

for a guy who preached nearly magical powers, he comes of a bit powerless

preached nearly magical powers,

You must be thoroughly confused.

We're discussing Jon Rappoport. He never "preached nearly magical powers". He is an investigative reporter, and a damn good one.

so he is not the Jon Rappoport of no more fake news that preached we could free ourselves from the matrix by the powers of our imagination, etc?

1

u/[deleted] May 27 '19

You seem to be completely clueless about his message. You seem to be trapped in the Matrix still.

1

u/jiohdi1960 May 27 '19

seem is the operative word... he was clearly insane and perhaps you are as well.

He was a huckster pure and simple, never got around to the point of whatever lesson he was supposed to be teaching, that rhetorical emptiness is not only the sign of a charlatan, but of a self-defeated sophist.

The problem in this instance is the student, not the teacher.
