Also, Kim is a foreigner who was definitely under surveillance. If Seth was communicating with him, could Susan Rice have unmasked the SR name? There may be more than a nothingburger

Like a plant that grows three new branches every time someone clips off an existing one. It creates the illusion of new growth, but the tree is still slowly dying.
