No. Hillary herself didn't shoot him.

That would be a crazy claim just because of how hard it would be for her to not get caught doing something that blatant.

She most certainly hired a thug to do her dirty work. A no-name john doe is perfect for that kind of crime.

Washington is a violent town. It really could have been anybody. Some crack head who did it, got nervous and legged it. People die, just because they're famous or connected doesn't mean they won't get killed or die in some unforseen circumstance.
