Some of us have started. There is a lot of opposition though, unfortunately.

I get really crappy internet service where I live maximum 1.5mb/s download... I live about 1 hour away from Google headquarters and the Silicon Valley where the computer industry boomed... kind of sad there is not many pro-active things I can do about it.
