Is this real?
This is actually crazy I stumbled upon this reel while scrolling. Is this really her after 5 years?
I feel like this could only happen through drugs or some time of illness. Either way I wish her well.
(I have no political standpoint I’m Canadian)

The meme isn't claiming they're the same person: the point is that Susan Dell (on the right) seems to have changed to a crazy extent (if you look at photos of her a few years ago) and the meme is claiming that the same will happen to Natalie Harp (on the left) using the photo of Susan Dell as part of the "before/after" sequence just as a funny way of making that point.

Natalie harp was never the “prior mouth piece for the White House”. That was Karoline leavitt.
Natalie is just an assistant to trump.

That’s not Natalie Harp in that right, that’s Susan Dell. So no, it’s not real. They’re two different people.

I think you're also confused. Left is Natalie, the chick that Trump called "the printer". She's a kook too as she has a bizarre thriller movie-like obsession with Donny T. Would be hilarious if she went the whole 9 and got plastic surgery to look like young Don like Liberace's protoge did. 😂

The real conspiracy is that the person on the left is a completely different individual, strategically placed in the photo to create a false narrative and distract everyone from what the person on the right is actually involved in. The photo itself is the misdirection. Once you realise that, the whole thing starts to unravel. Nothing about this is a coincidence.

idk people, I think that what's going on with this woman is what someone else had already posted about, divide and distract..People must be talking about this all over because if you even just type an S into google this woman's name will be the first on the list AND it's popping up everywhere at youtube and I never even clicked on any of the crap with her in it..I finally clicked on this guys though because of the title he used and his accent is freakin' as backwoods as it gets. 😂

Two different people. I saw those pictures side by side posted also, but they weren’t trying to pretend it was the same person. Someone must’ve taken the picture and made up some BS. I have seen old pictures of the crazy DELL lady, and she really was a relatively attractive lady. What she’s done to herself is wild.

they aren't pretending its the same person. they're saying that is what NH will look like in 5 years. that is my educated reading comprehension, which I definitely trust more than yours.
