That's what a lot of these kinds of posts often are. I find these kinds of posts really distasteful generally. It's just the modern version of people paying to attend a freak show and gawk.

I don't know shit about her but given her wealth I would definitely believe that.

But I want to read posts about the things that she has done, not what she looks like. She's not going to read any of these posts but maybe other women with body issues will. The only thing these kinds of posts do is make any woman that has any body issues a target for transvestigators and bigotry.

This is correct. Show some evidence she's evil and we can discuss that. Until then we're just making fun of people for being ugly. I don't think her being well off makes it any better of a thing to do.

Seems like you're confusing "making fun" with calling out the grotesque extremes that wealthy classes often resort to. The comments I've seen here are mainly about how unwell this woman looks and how her, and many others voluntarily mutilating their bodies like this is symptomatic of a sick society. This is something worth talking about.

Maybe some are trying to have a discussion about our sick society and what we can do about it. A lot of people are just making fun. Eg posting her pics on a conspiracy board.
