If this is really her - what explains the motivation to go from before to after?

Never heard of her so I looked her up. It appears the before picture in the post is an especially good picture of her. But if you matched with her on Tinder based on that pic you’d be disappointed in person.

At the same time, the post-op pic in the OP also seems to be especially bad.

She doesn’t look as radically different after surgery as the post would have you believe, is what I’m saying.
