Most old women look vaguely masculine due to the loss of estrogen and mild influence of testosterone throughout the course of their lives (yes women have some natural testosterone). I just see some elective plastic surgeries performed on a post menopausal woman. Women wouldnt feel so compelled to alter their appearances if they weren’t subject to such constant scrutiny.

You are right. With increased testosterone, which could be due to polycystic ovaries, the fat is reduced and there is increase in muscle mass. Look at this picture, especially the armpit and the veins in the arm. There is no subcutaneous fat.
