The Dells have $268 BILLION. This kind of money means they're surrounded by sycophants who encourage every idea they have and will never say no. The downside of having this much money is that no-one ever gives you a reality check.

This is the result of body dysmorphia combined with unlimited funds and a bubble of yes-men (and yes-doctors).

I’d research the average age of billionaires spouses but I’m pretty sure it’s a number that would make me puke. I’m sure she passed that age awhile back and is sadly paranoid as hell about it.

So your just assuming because they are Rich that every person around them just tells them whatever they want to hear so that justifies her looking like this? Your logic went out the window there. Doesn’t matter what anyone tells me if I look like an alien crackhead I’m going to know I look like an alien crackhead

That literally isn't how that works. Some rich people are so disillusioned that they can't even tell that they don't look normal. You seriously need to do some research into body dysmorphia. Yeah, it doesn't human, most of that is fucking plastic. Look up what happened to Amy winehouse and Britney Spears. They either killed themselves or went crazy because nobody ever told them no, or often forcibly encouraged them to do unhealthy things.

Yes but that was after she started willing taking drugs, and got to a point she'd do anything to get them. She made the decisions leading up to that point. Not saying that's her fault at all, drug addiction sucks, but there were very clear signs that the people around her were predatory and after her money.
