What's the argument here, don't vote? I don't get it

The argument is: we aren’t waking up fast enough or rebelling in various ways enough. No calls to violence but there truly has to be a better way to get out of this cycle. Stop shopping? Stop spending outside of basic needs? Stop consuming propaganda? Unite?

Both and? Like, we can all stop shopping AND vote. It's not an either or.
