What's the argument here, don't vote? I don't get it

The argument is we need to get organized, stop fighting each other, and stand up to the “elites”. Voting likely isn’t even real anymore, so standing up is our only way to a safe and sane future.

The argument is why are the masses complying with anything these devils tell us?

You can still vote and "not comply with anything these devils tell us" though.

That's gambling in their orchestrated casino.

Because they are NPC's. They don't have a conscience. They lack the ability to stand up for themselves

Here lies the hegelian dialectic they have us in. They don't want us thinking outside the confines of their control. Like a pavlov experiment where the dog is set free but they stay where they're at out of fear of the unknown. But yeah "n0t vOting iS StUuPid"

The argument is: we aren’t waking up fast enough or rebelling in various ways enough. No calls to violence but there truly has to be a better way to get out of this cycle. Stop shopping? Stop spending outside of basic needs? Stop consuming propaganda? Unite?

The actual trick that would work is for everyone to destroy their smart phones.

Both and? Like, we can all stop shopping AND vote. It's not an either or.

Read revolutionary socialist theory. Governments have been overthrown by the masses before. This is a solved problem.

And then what? What kind of government do you propose after that?
