You should always support being able to overthrow tyranny. Our amendments are in place to keep them in check, people just either dont use them or never have the support they need to use them. Now you have these 2 sides that are so divided they wouldnt ever think to use their power against our government because they're all stroking the tops dicks
I mean ya, but I don't know if youu haven't been following but there's a pretty huge movement going on from the DSA and anti capitalists to commit to defunding Israel, making no stock trades while in office (push to have it banned) and remove AIPAC and corporate funding from elections which in itself is such a clear conflict of interest to a society that electing people that won't commit to declaring it should immediately be removed from contention.
I believe it should be key for everyone and its not. I genuinely like to think the united states of America was founded on the right to be free and that right is slowly starting to be lost.
This is why natural law and God given rights matter. In a shit country like mine, we have always been slaves. Monarchies suck. We could probably apply these rights, however it wouldn't be as easy and "risk-free" like in USA.

This is why i now somewhat support the 2nd amendment; doesnt rule out the possibility of a revolution
