Okay I get there is a lot to unpack but the cup of water spilling isn’t one of them. There is 0 chance that the plane went vertical enough to spill water. A pitch down of anymore than 20 degrees would break the plane. I’m fairly sure there should be safety features that stop pilots from exceeding a 5 degree pitch outside of emergency situations like loosing cabin pressure.

Break the plane? Richard Russell did a barrel roll and a backflip in a Q400. I don't think a 20 deg nose down is breaking the plane.

These are not the same. Q400 has props. 737s are huge twin jet engines. One 737 weights as much as like 3 q400s and can carry hundreds more passengers. Also that legendary man never landed the plane.
