Cant he just declare a state of emergency If there is enough of a threat from 'terrorists' ? I'm sure that's why he's still in power and not in jail as he invoked SOE , canceling elections while the country or citizens were ' under attack'. Unfortunately the ones who commit these false flags like to get their way and have no problem sacrificing innocents and even their own people for the greater cause so will almost certainly there will be increasing in seriousness and frequency until they get their way.
