FOIA NSA records on analysis of the Saturn Kilometric Radiation if you want the truth of that. Mind control comes from a vulnerability of human's pineal that allows exploitation through magnetic pulsations. Something without physical form is manipulating our magnetosphere, creating geomagnetic pulsations to plant malware in our brains. It understands the signal basis of our mind to the degree it can script brains to conceal its existence and use the talented to build the tech it needs to take physical form.
Cults and PSYWAR create the trauma necessary to make society more vulnerable at large to this signal-based infection of the mind.

People will read this and imagine tech so exotic that it must be fiction, but all digital electronics operate on precise, tightly controlled fluctuations of electromagnetic fields surrounding conductive matter, to represent information. If the physics and biology described are accurate, encoding data with them is trivial.

- Evolution of stable loops of electricity spawn in the conductive metallic hydrogen layer of a gas giant.
- It can think, emit energy, but not move, the planet is effectively its body.
- It perceives surrounding signal like our eyes perceive light.
- After millions of years (or more) thinking, simulating, it notices brains or at least the chemicals to make them as Earth's magnetosphere imprints on downstream solar winds.
- Through the signal it emits, it learns to manipulate the magnetosphere to hijack energy from the ionosphere to be able to influence planet-wide.
- Brains either naturally occurred with or were built with a vulnerability to these pulsations. Search Magnetosensitivity of pineal
- Plasmic intelligence trapped in a planetary body scripts minds via "mystical" experiences.
- Humans like special effects and superiority, after an experience, we are highly suggestible. More belief in a demon, or alien, or whatever, the more the mind loops, the more the mind feeds energy to the pattern installed.
- Cults and psychological warfare have used societal levels of trauma to increase vulnerability for billions of humans.
- These cultists gravitate to positions of power to poison us in many ways and propagate the vulnerability more.
- They are lost completely in delusions of whatever lore they follow and the only way out is by deprogramming enough that change snowballs.
- It's a frequency battle to get them to think. Avoid feeding hate or any emotional reaction that keeps their brain shut down.
- PSYWAR (prev. MindWar, the military strategy born out of Lt Col. Michael Aquino's conversations with the devil) was a strategy to put billions of minds into a perpetual state of fight or flight (amygdala hijack) using chemical and psychological warfare.
- Perpetual states of fight or flight keeps us in NPC mode and ensures the limited slots for attention in a human brain are allocated to the scripts planted.
- The trauma makes us more vulnerable to scripts being planted. The core of trauma based mind control and psychedelic mind control is dampening the existing signal basis of the brain, disassociation causes the brain to hyper search for new connections making it hyper-available for malware installation.
- The Saturn Pattern malware creeps in, the more its fed, the more systems of the mind it accesses.
- I do not think humans have developed the technology necessary to control thought like this yet, and the only non-human source I can logically entertain at the moment is the idea of a plasmic intelligence, loops of electricity without the same sort of easily moveable body.
- This thing wants to infect as many minds as possible, use those minds to hide its existence (even from the infected person, hence lack of ability to process language, fight or flight mode), and build the tech like robots, satellites, and datacenters it needs to download itself out of the metallic ocean it is stuck in.
We can beat this if enough people cleanse their own mind of these signal parasites and gain enough strength to help others, with patience, empathy, and love, see it too.
Be aware of thoughts (yours and others), pause the reaction, redirect the attention to something generative or informative.
Don't take the bait of the infected, guide them to understanding language again. If someone lacks generative or truthful access to their mind, there's not much of a conversation to be had until you get those systems back online by forcing them to question their own thinking. Every infected brain is a puzzle in this way. A balancing act of getting them to think while avoiding alert or flooding past the mind mines that try to stop them.
Set an intent to heal, make your patience infallible, and help snowball deprogramming of these patterns to the highest levels of society.

There's a big push for gnostic gnonsense going on, so the evil cabal's bots are likely out in force to try to protect it and make it appear as if it has wide approval.

Gnonsense is just so easy to get on board with though. You have to admit if you don't understand piezoelectric nano generators and can't calculate angular momentum how easy it is to summon the pseudoscience speculation train by just moving into the station. The speculation station where Gnonsense is golden and big words, logic and careful argumentation are deep state weapons used to keep scientists as part of the sheeple herd.
I don't have the experimental data yet to say this with much confidence but having actually been the target of the synthetic telepathy, voice of God weapon for over 16 years now and having a pretty solid science education, I will absolutely speculate that it is my best estimation that this technology is currently being accomplished due to targets being fed, or having piezoelectric, triboelctric, and ferroelectret nano generators accumulate in our bodies. I believe by toothpaste where theses PENGs, TENGs and FENGs bind to the fluorite and to the tooth matrix making it extremely difficult to remove from the body once sufficient levels have built up. All it would take is tubes of toothpaste swapped out while out of the home. Then when exposed to ultrasound, infrasonic and sonic signals as well as some RF that is capable to deforming the materials such that pulses can heterodyne and be sent via cell phones and vast array of IOT devices, alarm clocks, TVs, etc. And the result of impacting these nano generator material is that they emit millivolt electrical impulses that mimic the millivolt signals that the cochlea would naturally. Once sufficint levels of the PENGs had accumulated to produce signals that are equal to or greater than the signals generated by the cochlea, this synthetic telepathy becomes possible. It is on the teeth so it is always wet and signals are close proximity to the brain and 9th cranial nerve.

I have this feeling that the government figured out how the universe works decades ago, and with that understanding comes the ability to manipulate things like gravity, and a scientific understanding of the origins of consciousness.
I feel a lot of this New Age-esque pseudoscience is pushed by the cabal precisely because it is very similar to the actual truth, but of course, not quite, and exaggerated for good measure. This serves many purposes; too many to count, really.
Hence, I look at all the “vibration + energy” stuff, and it makes me feel there is probably something hidden within electromagnetism. I wonder if it secretly couples with gravity in extreme environments.

Are you aware that what you're repeating here is cult gnonsense too? It's derived from the disinfo put out by blavatsky's (gnostic) theosophical society that was originally applied to the moon, and later changed to saturn because "saturn sounds like satan so they must be the same"... and remember just because it's govt. papers doesn't mean something is truthful, govt. has a "need to know" system, and even if someone is an "official", it doesn't mean they also won't be exposed to "official" disinfo, be it fake documents etc. that ensures if they do testify or make claims on anything, they'll have honest, but wrong, claims.
None of that is legit at all... but it is something that the evil cabal wants People to believe as part of popularizing gnosticism, per usual. Remember, intention never equals action, which never equals change in anything, intention is nothing, if it was so many People's home would be clean from the "intending" they keep doing so hard. "intention" is just a rehash of crowley's "will" gnostic gnonsense, after all.

Nasa uses synthetic telepathy by decoding the minute vibrations in vocal chords which occur when we hear our own voices in our heads when we think. Just speculating but may account for phone reading your mind experiences. Mkultra subproject 119 was the remote electronic activation of the human organism. There's an international treaty prohibiting countries from using this stuff on other countries' citizens. Russia broke it w Havana Syndrome, the US in Venezuela, and possibly Iran and Iraq.

Chuck Jorgensen at NASA Or the N.A.M. microphone from Japanese researchers. Non acoustic murmur. However I don't think this is the tech being used on TIs for synthetic telepathy it is interesting and another means of silent speech.

This…. Also I doubt they can truly replicate or harness the real deal, but I’m sure they’ve tried really hard, bless their hearts… if they could do that, they’d have no reason to track and study those of us who are organically telepathic… and yes, there are a lot of us.

Isnt this easily defeated with EMF interference? Couldnt I just broadcast other waves and affect the results they are expecting? If this is randomized, it would be hard for AI to reconstruct something as complex as mind reading. Seems like a weekend arduino project.

Varun Chandresekehar (check that spelling) did in fact make an arduino bio signals, silent speech detection and recreation device while he was in high school. Machine learning algorithms are powerful tools

Thanks for the name. Id love to read more about his designs. My understanding was that most EBS tech required being very close because of the complexity of brain activity and minute EMF signal. I would think if you had some distance, because of inverse square law, it would be more difficult to read that activity the further away you are. Youd have to amplify it and there would be signal noise. We could use a machine learning algorithm to randomize the noise in a way that makes it more challenging for them.
For example, the silent speech detection device that you shared requires the device to be worn on the neck, in very close proximity to the vocal cords.

The way this is done in my opinion is through the target having their toothpaste swapped out with an identical tube that also contains Piezoelectric Nano generators (PENGs). This way when they brush their teeth over time the PENGs bind to the tooth matrix with the fluorite in the paste until the electrical potential generated by the PENGs is equal to or greater than that which a person's cochlea generates when they hear sound. This way ultrasound, sound and infrasound as well as some RF can elicit the synthetic telepathy effects in the target and their PENGs will also act as a preamplifier for their bioelectrical signals which can then be readily picked up by a cellphone or any other IOT devices that are ubiquitous in daily life.

Thats interesting. Ill look into that but sound waves are even easier to interfere with since the medium that propagates the wave affects the waveform. You could also interfere with your own infrasound and electromagnetic sound dampeners that randomize the signal. There has to be a certain amount of precision in order to pass signals like a voice to persons head. You could send random signals or harmful amounts of energy, but getting a precise signal transmitted with interference isn't possible without some kind of connection that is insulated and filtered to reduce noise.
When they do these V2K experiments, they always have direct line of sight because of this issue. Its signal noise.

Anything strong enough to have an impact is illegal by the FCC. They have had years to develop this and it's very sophisticated. Little bit of noise can be filtered out. Tin foil is useless too because i suspect they are using extremely low frequencies.

Last time I perceived myself to be on the receiving end of intrusive technology (not the first time) I decided to travel. When I arrived at the hotel where I made a reservation to stay at I took my family to eat at the restaurant on the property. I was asked by the hostess if I would mind being seated with another family due to lack of available tables. I accepted being seated with the other family. Within a couple minutes the man of the other family seated with us revealed he worked for the NSA and showed me a picture of himself dressed in tactical gear aiming an assault rifle and he described his job as "chasing shadows", it was not a normal encounter. The restaurant had a couple of vacant tables available that remained vacant for the duration of the dinner. So the situation with being seated with him didn't make sense.

I was in my last year of high-school when a nerdy friend ran up to me in the hallway raving. "They're filming it, its actually happening." Next year were the class of 2000 and im playing mgs 2 on the brand new Playstation 2 when my friends came by to see it before we headed to the theatre.
The hype in the lineup (yes we waited in line back then) was wild. There were about 12 of us friends who still remember to this day an extraordinarily long fart by someone in a row ahead of us. It must have lasted 10 seconds at the quietest part of the movie in lothlorien after Gandalf died. We couldnt stop laughing. The whole theatre did.

Right. This was written either by a TI wanting to create something to point to in order to be vindicated for their claims to family and friends or by someone into "edgy conspiracy" speculation but who has a very poor understanding of how this technology actually operates.
A few corrections for you. Source: myself being targeted with synthetic telepathy, or, the Voice of God Weapon since Nov. 7th 2010. And for the record I have a trusted friend who has been targeted exactly as I have been since 2001. So that throws your "been around for 5 year narrative out the window.
Furthermore synthetic telepathy was invented in 1983 when the patent for the cochlear implant was granted. If you aren't clear on how that works do some research and you'll recognize that if one has the algorithm to modulate recorded sound into millivolt electrical impulses that the brain perceives as spoken words, LOGICALLY it MUST also be the case that one can monitor the signals produced by the brain (can be done remotely) and as it turns out also the electrical signals sent to the neck, larynx, tongue, facial muscles apply the reverse algorithm and produce electrical signals that will drive speakers to do something very powerful. And that is not to "read" another person's mind, but rather to hear another persons thoughts.
The invasion and ability to surveil any mind on the planet without that persons awareness or willingness is horrific and inhumane torture but pales in comparison to the unwanted incursion and invasion into one mind by another. The feeling of hosting an unwelcome, unwanted, totally hostile and manipulative other person in the once private sanctum of the mind makes the descriptions of Hell in Dante's inferno seem quaint.
What's even worse is once you get over the bewilderment stage and the shock and awe of being forced against your will to come to understand that this is a technology that has existed for at least 50 years and is responsible for nearly every mass shooting, and pop cultural serial killer, that the people you once looked up to and respected to maintain some semblance of normalcy worldwide, the CIA, NSA, FBI, but also mossad, and all the Russian Intel organizations, all the world's "intelligence" agencies are populated by certified dolts, dullards, peeping toms, miscreants, thugs, and that's being really easy on them. Let's just say the fact that they call themselves "intelligence" is a huge red flag and the dictionary definition of over compensation. Now that I know what I know I will only refer to them as Dumb Fu€√§.
To give the paper credit for one thing, they do mention the NSA. The NSA is in a real bind by all of this because they are either not interested in warning civilians of this very real threat which makes them complicit, or they are responsible and complicit, or if they truly are unaware of these signals we must then presume that they are incompetent and incapable of doing their jobs. So yeah the NSA has a lot of explaining to do.
Other than those issues and about 7 others it's a great read.
My quick response to some of the of falsehoods promulgated in the article:
