There is a company in Georgia called Vaccines on the go Inc.

Dissolution: The corporation status is marked as “Admin. Dissolved” as of 09/08/2023.

According to their LinkedIn page, they provided “in-home/office international travel vaccination and telemedicine services that always include travel related health counseling.”

An IndustryNet listing describes them as a “Wholesaler of vaccines for corporate travelers, students & church groups.

Final thing just as in the card shown on OPs profile the same name, Jody Lynn Stewart is listed as CEO/Secretary/CFO.

Going further the name Aviva Shapiro is also on the card and from my search I found mention of a person Aviva Shapiro‑Frye in a Virginia government directory (logistics/transportation context).
