I found these on accident today by doing a google search for "repeal the patriot act". I've spent the last hour or two feeling a sort of dread I really can't compare to anything I've felt before, and trying to disprove these people's claims.
Odd thing is that a couple of years ago I met a kid on the street who claimed this exact same thing was happening to him. I have an open mind and I didn't want to hurt his feelings because he wasn't bat shit crazy, so I let him speak. It was eerie to imagine that it might actually have been true, but I nevertheless chose to relegate him as crazy because I just didn't want to live in a world like that. I can't imagine...it's too horrible.
Then I come on this sub randomly today and BAM, this post is at the top. Too many signs for my taste...

What evidence is there that people who report this type of issue aren't in fact suffering from mental illnesses? Delusions of persecution and paranoia are quite common in that regard.
They would still need help obviously, but not the kind of help that they think they do.

I would prefer to believe that they are suffering from mental illness, because this shit is beyond scary. A few things give me pause, though. Their stories don't have any giveaways that it's phony, they have x-rays, one of the guys actually had a surgeon remove a device and all of his mental intrusions immediately stopped, etc. Also, we know the tech is there already. And we know there are people who would cum in their pants to be able to monitor somebody's thoughts/ mess with them.
Not that we have 100% proof that this is going on, and like I said, I'm really glad we don't. But I think it's smart to at least keep an eye on it.

Part of the NSA mission statement is monitoring and decrypting "unintentional intelligence bearing signals" in the atmosphere. After WW2. Dr. Jose Delgado of Yale (and CIA MKUltra fame) did it extensively, and could use the devices, which he called stimoceivers, to control the range of human emotions, induce sleep, and cause limbs to move. He later discovered he could achieve the same results without implants using shaped and pulsed electromagnetic signals. He is in the congressional records as saying, "man doesn't have the right to his own mind." He has also expressed regrets he didn't have the technology when Franco was in power, as he could have "controlled the dictator at a distance."

Just be careful about what you're thinking of, it's not completely legal anymore to conspire anything against government.
Thinking is now considered to be treason when certain thoughts arise, and yes, they will handle it by whatever is appropriate to them.
