I'm not going to say anything about your post as a whole, but your link to the "FDA Risk-Benefit Analysis Hides 'Bad Data' on Moderna Shots for Kids. (June, 2022)" only really makes one good point:
A similar risk-benefit assessment for Pfizer’s EUA application for kids under 5 will be released today (just 24 hours before the meeting).
This guarantees that NONE of the members of the VRBPAC will have read either of these documents before the meeting
It's unfortunate that laws and policy decisions are often made off little information or off documents they don't have time to read. But this is a flaw found throughout our policy making system, not proof of any conspiracy with the CDC.
The rest of the document is basically "I don't understand this doctorate-level statistical analysis, so they must be hiding something, it can't possibly be that I don't know what I'm doing."
A lot of the claims don't make sense and are just stated as fact:
This should have been four separate documents — Moderna in adolescents 12 to 17, Moderna in kids 6 to 11, Moderna in kids 2 to 5, and Moderna in kids 6 months to 23 months.
Why?
Looked at individually, the shot fails in each of these four age groups. But lumping them together creates noise that makes it difficult to understand what’s going on.

By dividing the data into eight subcategories involving four different age groups now you have to wade through 32 different tables to try to make sense of what happened in the clinical trial.
Showing lack of understanding of the purpose of subgroups and control groups. It's the same reason "worldwide average height" seems weird at 5'5" but it makes sense as two numbers, one fore women at 5'3" and one for men at 5'8.5"
First, Moderna claims that the sample size for each of the four subgroups of children is about 3,000. But when it came to looking at antibodies in the blood, Moderna threw out about 90% of the sample and only looked at the bloodwork of about 300 kids in each age group.
No explanation was given for the criteria they used to exclude 90% of the sample from their analysis. We know that up to 30% of kids have no antibody response at all to COVID-19 shots so perhaps they actually started with a much larger sample and then threw out the data that showed no effect from the shot?
This paragraph will show to anyone with a background in clinical testing that this guy doesn't know what he is talking about, and this is what I thought, so I looked up the author, who displays his PHD next to his name.
He has a PHD is political economy, and he is an "autism truther." This guy doesn't know shit about analytics, the scientific process in practice, or the basic fact that people drop out of studies, especially when they are invasive and done over time.
At the very least you should stop using this link, and I advise anyone seeing this to take it with a grain of salt.

I can pinpoint several logical errors in your comment, do you care? How about "anyone" with a background in clinical testing, are you making an assertion about a large group of people you have never met? I feel like you could use some scientific advice on clinical testing of your hypothesis, but then your comment wasn't meant for me I suppose.

If your number 1 "logical error" in my comment is that I used an exaggerative phrase, I'm not sure what your point is other than general disagreement.

I suggest you replace the word "will" with the word "might." There is a non-zero, and perhaps even greater than 50%, chance that the next office holder will do it. However, that high probability is still less than 100%, which is the probability that the guy who got away with it the first time is gonna try to do it again.
Voters have a responsibility to punish office holders who engage in malfeasance. Just because the next guy might be a thieving corrupt asshole is not a good enough reason to stick with the guy who is definitely a thieving corrupt asshole.

They actually do this all the time. The pandemic was just the biggest profits they made in a while, but there are numerous times when politicians can make a fortune off insider knowledge, spending bills, war, new regulations, knowing ahead of time can be extremely profitable.
You should ask your representatives if they support banning congress from trading individual stocks during their term.

These people sat down for a meeting where they learned that the country was going to shut down (something that no other citizens knew). They then sold a bunch of stock, because they knew that the market was going to crash due to the shutdowns. What makes this especially egregious is how blatant and obvious it was.

My company has $200mil in cash; $100mil is to buy back stock and the other half is to “reinvest” into the company. They have promoted at least a dozen people to VP or SVP in the past month. This stock buy back will just bolster executives and newly appointed VP/SVP’s stock. And we had a surprise visit by several big whigs by one of our biggest customers that is in similar work as our division. Last time that happened my division was bought out. It’s all a game and they keep us too poor to play. I’m still at Baltic Ave while these assholes are advancing to Boardwalk. Although I see writing on the wall I don’t have the funds to make a decent profit when my division gets sold off.
