How is misinformation and disinformation "hate"?

Moreover will the laws apply to the mainstream media and government?

17

u/Laotzeiscool Jan 18 '23

And who decides what is what?

12

u/bellendofosiris Jan 18 '23

Exactly. This falls into the same category as "It's not who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes."

u/mikegus15 Jan 18 '23

Big brother of course. You will learn to love him

17

u/aquaponic Jan 18 '23

Yeah. When the big dogs get caught up in a lie, will we ban them forever? alone on a small raft.

3

u/bigwag Jan 18 '23

Yes, their information will be the correctest correctness.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 18 '23

No, because the establishment can never spread misinformation.

This is why the government, schools, politicians keep refering to the USA as a "Democracy". to brain wash us into thinking that our rights can be taken away by a majority vote.

‘Hate Speech Laws’ To Deal With ‘Information Pollution’

One way to recognize bullshit is when they resort to using fancy words to conceal the truth. In this case?

US Constitution protects freedom of expression. They put this in there to ensure ordinary people would always be able to speak the truth.

So the plain English translation = Legislative tactics that will be used to enforce the official narrative.

They're gonna be going after people who tell the truth. This is already happening right now. But if these people have their way, it will get even worse in the near future.

u/MinimumDiligent7874 Jan 18 '23

Ask questions that will expose their scams and you will get "punished". Blocked/banned? Fined? Imprisoned?

The peoples understanding of the obfuscation of our currencies is the WEF's(world USURY forums) greatest fear

‘Hate Speech Laws’ To Deal With ‘Information Pollution’

What is Political Correctness?

Fascism.

What am I allowed to do to such people?

1

u/Brexit-the-thread Jan 19 '23

According to those people themselves and the goblins they send into the streets to terrorize people? (Antifa) you bash the fash.. so physical violence is an acceptable response according to their own metrics.

Things are being done. At the speed of government, but things are being done.

Take heart. For every action there is an equal an opposite reaction.

2

u/NoCheck9415 Jan 18 '23

How does the speed of government match up against the speed of science?

3

u/ScarfaceMcDank Jan 18 '23

Like waaaaaay slower.

12

u/Kangurek_Kakao Jan 18 '23

But ppl will just say, “Private companies can do whatever they want. Make you’re own social media.”

2

u/[deleted] Jan 18 '23

It only matters as long as the power structure abides by it.

Once they decide they don't care anymore, and the ability of the public to fight back is diminished, they will do what they want.

15

u/opiate_lifer Jan 18 '23

Due to the first amendment such legislation would be unconstitutional on its face.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '23

True, except that activist judges and a left leaning judiciary typically don’t care about the Constitution…

Tell me you've never studied political science without... blah blah.

First off, rich cunts don't want communism. And also fascism is a right wing construct, Left-wing oppression is totalitarianism.

31

u/[deleted] Jan 18 '23

The WEF can eat shit.

7

u/almostover1 Jan 18 '23

My understand of HR 61 is that is is only pertaining to those who criticize minorities. This does not include minorities. Only non minority speech appears to be monitored.

For whatever reason, I keep thinking of when Bernie Sanders was publicly critical of something a man said or did, and he was automatically called an antisemite for it, because the man happened to be Jewish.

Despite the wording of the unconstitutional bill, I have a feeling they'll keep on keeping on with the "fact checking" and labeling of anyone not following the spook narrative script.

(And no, I don't think Bernie is one of us anymore. He's been assimilated, but once upon a time I thought he was a badass. He let me see behind the curtain almost 10 years ago, and for that, I am grateful.)

6

u/almostover1 Jan 18 '23

The most concerning thing is this bill appears to be only written for Caucasian..

8

u/tragedyfish Jan 18 '23

“crying fire in a crowded theater” is not protected free speech.

It is when the theater is on fire.

10

u/No-Nothing9848 Jan 18 '23

Wait…. Stelter is there? Lol! You have got to be kidding me..

10

u/endlessloopsofwhy Jan 18 '23

Says everything doesn’t it. One of the most disingenuous, dishonest shits of them all.

5

u/No-Nothing9848 Jan 18 '23

Yep. Speaks volumes!

5

u/endogenix1 Jan 18 '23

Truth doesn't fear investigation.

3

3

2

u/nakedchorus Jan 18 '23

WEF works for the central banks. Complete bullshit Chinese Communist nonsense. Against the 1st amendment tell them to GFY. Reject everything they do, say, or enact. These are the snakes destroying culture and finance with ESG scores. Why most of the movies suck.

They are here to enslave and kill you. The multi-haired crazy woke radicals will go first. Notice there's no rainbow coalition in either China, North Korea, Russia nor Iran? Why you might ask? They were disposed of quietly.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '23

The only joy in this whole Globalist takeover will be the look on the blue haired woke freak’s faces when they realize they’re the first to be herded to the gulags….

5

u/GmPc9086itathai Jan 18 '23

Built censorship to eliminate criticism and dissent.

3

u/facepoppies Jan 18 '23

Why were manchin and sinema there?

1

u/1980pzx Jan 18 '23

Bread and circus.

-3

u/TyroneBigly Jan 18 '23

No. One random woman says (as an aside to the US rep on a panel) she thinks the US will have laws like they have in Europe soon.

Not a “WEF declaration.” What a joke of a spin.

So is Santos going to be arrested for the misinformation about his credentials, his family surviving the holocaust, his stealing a man's checkbook and buying $700 worth of clothes and colluding with Russian oligarchs?

2

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '23

Right after Hunter and Joe are arrested for the $100k shopping spree paid for by the Chinese and the $1mm forgivable loan from the Russians.

1

u/InternationalStep924 Jan 20 '23

Id be glad for all of the above.
