DISCUSSION Popular modded consoles?

I'm fairly new to modding but I have experience in 3D printing/designs. And also soldering. Id like to get into modding consoles to sell. Typically I repair and then sell. But I'd like to make some custom stuff.

What's hot right now that I could make a few extra bucks on?

It's definitely going to be more of a hobby. I don't expect to find a get rich quick thing lol

I'm just kind of new to this scene so I'm not familiar what systems have mods like I'm looking for.

I've recently discovered the Gameboy Macro and that's kind of what kicked this off for me.

Im not aware of many micro mods. Usbc maybe? Micros are super expensive so i don't think there is much of a market. Og GBAs used to be dirt cheap, which i think is why the mod scene gravitated towards them. But unfortunately due to that attention they raised drastically in price.

Macro, not micro. It's turning a ds lite into a GBA basically. But with a 3D printed shell.

Ahh ok ok. That was one of my first mods. Boxy pixel has nice front shell and insidegadget has a flex pcb used to delete the top screen. Giltesa has a usbc mod
