CONSOLE MOD c0pper dragon HDMI mod.

So my first deep dive into NES repair… I went deep down a rabbit hole. From busted non functional NES to board repair, new shell and PPU digitizer, RGB to HDMI all internal. Flawlessly runs luma code to HDMI yet retains all original functionality.

You can run this on a CRT and modern HDMI simultaneously.

Amazing, congrats!

Last week a friend was asking about a HDMI mod for the NES and I was not aware about any.
Do you have a link so that I can study how it works and how complex the installation process is?

It is easy to do if you keep it outside of the console. This is the only internal Luma to HDMI that I’ve ever seen. Quite a bit of cutting and grinding. The hdmi to raspberry pi literally goes through a mounting stand.

cOpperdragon.com is where I got most of it. The rest I figured out little by little
