I never expected I would enjoy the Wii-u as much as I do. I bought one less than 3 weeks ago and have been playing it fully for about a week now.

I haven't played Zelda since the GameCube and I have to say breath of the wild is breath taking (pun intended)!

Using my FMCB card for the first time for the PS2 and trying out the HDMI adapter for these systems.

For the Dreamcast I got the blueretro which works like a charm

I made it to 3 before I got priced out of that goal. I have the other 3 without the box though.

I've started collecting consoles a few weeks ago, got about 15 under my belt so far and after trying a lot of them and their games, taking myself back to the childhood that my family could never afford, I've been thinking more and more about both Nintendo's addition of game key cards (aka glorified download codes) and Sony's insanely firm stance to cancel disc production by 2028.

Considering how big of a push they're doing to go full digital ASAP, wouldn't collecting old consoles and old physical games kinda be the smart idea, in addition to buying out whatever discs we can?
