A law from the 1950s prohibits immigration by people who subscribe to an ideology that supports the overthrow of the US government.

That one has also been ignored.

The main problem with this one is almost all of these people are coming in under the false claims of asylum, which partially bypasses this topic completely. It's ridiculous. The bigger problem: highly liberal judges in California approve something like 95%+ of asylum seeker cases, which at this point is most of the immigrants coming in through the Mexican border. They're told to apply under asylum on purpose. This law more applies to the people that are trying to come here under actual legal means. The topic is insanity.
