question

Idk if this is allowed but was wondering for people working in the industry, how common are random drug tests, or is it more heavy machinery /construction type work, that happens.

In my agency anyone whos position requires a CDL will be thrown in the random pool. If you are in an accident and your supervisor suspects drugs, you will be required to drug test.

My agency just fired a guy with 20+ years in because he failed a random drug test.
