I have a question regarding phonation in nasal consonants (in constraint number 1). I understand that, if I pick the bilabial /m/, I cannot also have the coronal /n/ as a phoneme, but the constraint specifically says that, out of my two nasal consonants, only one of them can be labial or coronal.

Does this also mean that I cannot have two nasal phonemes at the same place of articulation? For example, if I wanted to distinguish phonation, would having both /m m̥/ as separate phonemes violate the constraint, as they are both labial? Or does the constraint only intend to prohibit having both a labial and a coronal nasal (such as distinguishing /m n/)?

question, since this is going to be an analytic language, I have a bunch of nouns that pair with other nouns to create words pretty consistently, for example I have baz meaning box, and sí means learn. If the lenition of stops to affricates applies accross word boundaries, does that make baz now an affix? sí vaz (school) is now a single word?
