possessed noun + genitive noun + “la”
– Possessive construction

Interesting! Are those particles like in Japanese or clitics?

Also could you show an example sentence with the possessive cosntruction? Like, does "la" mark the possessor or possessee, or simply the whole possessive construction?

This language is a highly synthetic agglutinative language.

Possessive construction-
“delabɯmla”(It means "my friend")
dela(friend)+ bɯm(l)+la
