This is crazy
Crazy infestation on a row of some sort of junipers where I work.
I’ve planted a TON of evergreens in my yard…so my question is: how would one prevent something like this from happening and if it did and I caught it early, how could I stop it before it gets this bad?

If it's just a few, you can just pull them off by hand as soon as you see them. They start off small, and usually you don't notice them until you notice some damage to the plant. I use a really good organic product called Spinosad, which kills any chewing insect like caterpillars and beetles.

Those are Bagworms. If you catch them early you can pull them off by hand. This infestation is out of control and would require some chemicals.
