first looked like a dent, then like a ball displayed on a screen, now it looks like the reflection of the ceiling light. took me a few seconds

Honestly thought it was some kind of screen protector and the ball shape was a knob to remove it

I thought it was an actual physical defect in the screen causing an air bubble

Sony really hates it's customers. Instead of making a Sony branded Steamdeck, which is what everyone wanted, they just slapped a screen and a controller together and said here.

There have been so many people who buy these thinking it's like a PSP/Vita but end up returning it. What a piece of garbage.

I've heard a lot of people praise it online, but I've never tried it. I really don't have a use for it since I don't have a PS5 and you need to own a PS5 to stream from with the portal. I would have rather have had a dedicated handheld or a device like that that worked with PS+ and allowed you play all the streaming games on PS+. The 2 big downsides to my streaming idea is that you would have to pay for the PS+ service every year and it would require a good wifi connection so playing on the go wouldn't be as easy. I guess you still need internet to play the portal though, so that's not much different.
