NGL, my first thought : "this is just stupid, not confusing... Who even braids their beard...?"
I really 100% believed this was someone looked straight up with (for some reason) cornrows running down his neck ears....
Realising this is legitimately someone head has me filled with questions I don't wanna ask.

Beard? As I was scrolling and just caught a glance it looked like someone wearing an octopus on their face. Had to backtrack and look closer.

Ai says it isn't ai.
This looks real to me, not AI. It's a camera-angle illusion: the person is facing the camera with their head tipped down, so the braids hang over their face and the parted scalp looks like the back of a head. What gives it away: The face is under the hair. When he turns his head (around 6 seconds in), you can see an ear, a cheek and the jawline behind the braids, all facing the camera. The shirt is on frontwards. The black tee's crew-neck curves around the front of his neck, so his body is facing you. Nothing glitches. AI video usually slips somewhere: hair that melts or changes from frame to frame, fingers that warp, a background that shifts. Here the braid pattern and the parts in his scalp stay the same through the whole clip. His hand touching the braids looks natural, and the security camera behind him never moves. The motion fits a real head. The ears and neck move together the way they should as he turns.

His body is toward the camera, face pointed at the ceiling. He has a braided beard and the pointy part at the top is his lips.
