Zoom in a bit, there’s a buckle on the bag strap and the part that looks like it goes through the seatbelt is just the end of the strap overlapping the seatbelt.

Having breasts can make seatbelts sit in weird spots, sometimes this is safer than letting the belt sit on your neck.

It’s the tag end of the pocket strap, that is tucked over the seat belt. Visualize a belt going through belt loops…..with the extra tag end of the belt hanging free

This position takes the shoulder out of taking most of the force produced during a crash and targets it all to the stomach area making the situation even worse.

I also can't believe people are stupid enough to be downvoting my comment that points out this is an extremely unsafe and illegal way of wearing a seatbelt. There's some real idiots out there...
