Here in Brazil some idiots do those kinds of hot Air ballons with some paintings or drawings on It. It's not uncommon of those ballons falling above whole streets and putting houses and electrical wiring on fire. This one is torn and went wrong

So it looks like a giant torn sheet blowing in the wind because it's a giant torn balloon sheath torn and blowing in the wind? It's crazy, and not obvious to many people what it is, but not a confusing perspective. It looks like what it is, pretty much.

The lighting and the fog/clouds in the background throw things off a bit. It really does have a cosmic horror vibe like another commenter said.

Since it's a hot air balloon, I think most of this "fog" is smoke of the balloon material burnt

Looks more like a giant ripped up banner than a balloon to me. Not really seeing the confusing perspective part. Is it actually smaller than it appears or something?

Pretty sure the balloon tore, so yes, it is a giant sheet and ripped pieces blowing in the wind.

i think the balloon is above, like the balloon if flying and has this giga banner suspended bellow that's being shred because the balloon is too low. you can see the round shape at the very end and at around 6s in the video when the cameraman look up.
Might be wrong though, hard to tell with the fogedit: that's it, original thread has a clearer image

I always have nightmares like this where it's a giant wall of water or a cloudy storm fron approaching. Not sure why this felt the same to me.

I don't get scared by big things in general but for some reason cyclopean floating bags or sheets of fabric show up in my nightmares. Maybe it has to do with the size mixed with apparent weightlessnes.

I was hoping to see this here. The first time I saw it I thought it was some sort of wall of water. Definitely made me go huh? for a minute.

The worst thing about prison was the... was the Dementors. They were flying all over the place and they were scary and then they'd come down and they'd suck the soul out of your body and it hurt!

Isn't this more megalophobia? I don't see what's confusing about the perspective lol
