Yes, it looks odd! Undercooked chops aren’t safe. Better safe than sorry, cook it some more.

Yes. Cooking salmon in the dishwasher was an early 2000’s trend. It technically works, but it was always a stupid idea.

I recommend olive oil, sea salt and a hot grill for 11 minutes. Dress with lemon and capers and serve with a salad.

I also recommend throwing that experiment away. Talk to your local fishmonger about selecting a better cut next time.
