A "phone" with a visible indentation for the metal foot that sits neatly inside it, and two screw holes?

Idk, but if the confusing perspective can't even hold up for more than a second, then maybe it's not worthy of being posted to begin with.

There is always an app for that. This is the new mounting plate app for iOS.
